All participants in MUNA agree to exercise common sense and respect for others in their dealings throughout the event. By taking part in MUNA, delegates agree to abide by a Code of Conduct and to follow the directions of MUNA Committee members running the event.
Participants must not leave the confines of the venue without the permission of the Assembly President. Participants must always comply with the rules and directions of Rotary District 9815, the MUNA Committee, and Lyndale Secondary College.
Rotary District 9815 reserves the right to take photographs, interviews, recordings, etc. of participants and the MUNA proceedings and to use such media and other materials form MUNA for promotional and archival purposes.
Rotary District 9815 asserts all relevant intellectual property rights over such media. Any views expressed by participants during MUNA are the sole views of the individual concerned, and do not necessarily represent the views of the organisers, Rotary District 9815, or Rotary International.
Whilst all reasonable endeavours will be made to ensure the safety and security of all participants and their belongings, the organisers accept no responsibility for any consequences or injury sustained because of participation in MUNA, whether by accident, omission, negligence, or nay other cause.
